Dr James Tester

Dr. Tester is a graduate of Newcastle University Medical School and completed specialist training in anaesthesia through the St Vincent’s network in Sydney.

Prior to medicine Dr Tester spent many years as an Intensive care paramedic with the Ambulance Service of NSW and has a particular interest in trauma and critical care.

Dr Tester is a Visting Medical Officer at St George Public Hospital and has appointments at St George Private, Hurstville, Kareena, and St Vincent’s Private.

Dr. Tester provides anaesthesia for all types of surgery but has a particular focus on trauma surgery, colorectal, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, and endoscopy.
